I am enquiring if there is a function, or formula, or VBA that will allow me to create duplicate rows based on cells with unique values.

e.g. The below is a small sample of the data I need to create duplicate rows for:

I am hoping there is a formula, or function, or VBA etc. that will duplicate each row so that it shows 3 times, as below:

Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
