How to draw polyline using coordinates

Hi,

I am trying to draw a polyline using x,y,z coordinates. I found few threads that is similar to what i am looking for. But i was never successful.

Is there anyone who can tell me how to draw a polyline in 3 dimensions using x, y, z coordinates?
