I have a table with a field called, "exception" it is a yes/no. On my form, I put a checkbox, so that if there is an exception, it can be checked.

I have a query setup already. It checks if there is a last day entered, and if there are any pain scores listed....(if yes on the day, and no on the pain scores) it shows me the list. Now, if the exception box is checked, I don't want those on the list. in criteria, I have put "Is Not Null" but it doesn't return correctly.

What do I need to check to figure out where I screwed this up at?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
A Yes/No field will never be numerically null. If you want to toss out exceptions (Yes), the your criteria should be -1

OK, never mind...had some coffee, re-read the answer, and figured it out. I did not know about the numerical thing....so now I will remember! thanks!
