Hi there,

I search an idea to display good and bad results in my summary sheet. I monthly calculate one result per entity, let's say one per sheet. At the beginning of my workbook, I also have one summary sheet with comments and the list of all the results. I search an idea to display the results clearly, maybe with a diagramm, I don't know. The idea is to spot in seconds, what entity did well, and what entity has negative figures.

Initially, I wanted to rank them, but I didn't manage to do this automatically because every figure in the summary is linked with the entity sheets.

Any idea?

Cheers
MD

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Conditionsl formatting works, but I just need the best ones and the least ones. Somehow ranking them would be the ideal solution, in a graph, in a list what ever...

any other?
