how to display pictures on excel worksheet using dget

Iam using dget function to extract data. When trying to extract picturs/symbols from database #value ! error is encountered.

How to extract pictures from one sheet to other sheet using dget function ?

Attaching below screen shots of two sheets.

[FONT=&quot]1.Above is database of sheet 1. I want row 3 image to be extracted to sheet 2 when i enter specific feild name from row 1(new name) by using dget function.

2. Below screenshot is from sheet2. When i tried to extract image from sheet1 for product CT5 time to go NA, #value ! error is displayed. When i try to extract data , number 2 is displayed.[/FONT]
