how to display my worksheet in my thread

Dear Colleagues,

Please guide me how to display my worksheet or a part of worksheet in my thread.

Thanks VoG, I am using excel 2007 and i downloaded / installed in my system but I cannot find it when I re-opened excel after installing.

Also I have just installed 2007 in my system, but I cannot find the other options in the Ribbon Eg:- DEVELOPER etc.. which I use in my work place. Do I need to install anything else to get more options in the ribbon.
