how to display in userform and worksheet a Flag(L/H) of the result

hello good day. i would like to ask some help on how to display Flag(low/high) for the result in the userform as well as in my worksheet. The flag will only appear if the result(textbox in userform) is high or low but it will also varries from two variables( age and sex).
I shared a link in my google drive an excel workbook to better understand my question.
