How to delete phone numbers while keeping email addresses

Hello,

I’m currently working on a database of contact details for work and was originally asked to include both phone numbers and email addresses. Now though, the phone numbers are no longer required, and I was wondering is there a quick way to delete the phone numbers while keeping the email addresses intact, as there are at least 3000 numbers in total. They are formatted 111 111 1111 email@email.com or
111 11111 email@email.com.

Any help is appreciated
