Hello:), I need help rewriting my formula, I already succeeded in making it do what I wanted it to do. Now the problem is when I want to delete specific data from the new table it just sorted I can't modify it. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks!

=SORT(FILTER(Activity_Report!P4:AF4803,((Activity_Report!P4:P4803=D9)+(Activity_Report!P4:P4803=E9))*(Activity_Report!S4:S4803="GEIRS")))

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
The easyest way in my opinion is add a filter condition; if you specify how you select these "specific data" maybe we can be more specific

Well maybe I worded it wrong, I meant when the formula gives me the new filtered data, I can't modify the filtered data without it deleting everything, for example as if I want to delete a row that I don't need for my analysis I can't really do it because it deletes the whole thing ... help hehe

So you realize that you cannot delete one item from the formula output and still ask how doing that?
Again my answer is "add a filter condition" (so that the formula will not include the items you are not willing to see); for example create a list of "Ignore these items" and set in the filter a condition COUNTIF(IgnoreRange,theValue)=0
