How to create XML using VBA (Excel Macros) with readable result?

Hi, i am never created my own VBA before. However, i needed to make XML file from my excel data. I want to have some condition such as ignoring empty row, ignoring character such as / - @ #. The VBA also only processing data from certain row until certain row dynamically with the last row is the row before the Sum of the data. I watched and try to use XML Mapping but i don't think it have the flexibility to have the condition (ignoring empty row, etc). If you have some reference where i can read or learn from please let me know. It will be helpful. Thank you.
