I am trying to generate a heat map by city/town for Connecticut but I can't find how to do that in excel. I am using office 365 on macOS. I can generate a map by zip code, but larger towns/cities have multiple zip codes and so that doesn't produce a map purely by towns & cities. I have found a Connecticut state website's spreadsheet that contains all the longitude and latitude boundaries for each city if that would help me but I don't know how to incorporate that data for my purposes (or if I even need to). If someone can tell me how to do this then the other follow up question I would have is: how can I display 2 data labels on this heat map: the city name and the value of the category for that city (in this case it's registered voters). Thanks!
