How to create a worksheet from information in another worksheet

Hello. I Have a question of how to do an excel worksheet. I have a names of employees. Each employee takes between 1- 3 weeks of vacation. I have the worksheet completed that tell me what weeks each employee has, however, how can i make a new worksheet (using the completed worksheet info), to show what employee is on vacation by week.(example below: The left side shows the Weeks the Employee has. How can i use excel to show the what is on the right side? (I manually entered the information in bold italics on the right side. Put the formula in I3, change your references to match your sheet, confirm with Control+Shift+Enter. Then copy it to the rest of the cells in your table (I3:P9).

I tried your formula and I worked (on my model). I tried to apply to what I am working on, and I am hitting a snag.

So image my example across to work sheets.

I used this formula
=IFERROR(INDEX('Driver Vacations'!$C:$C,SMALL(IF('Driver Vacations'!$G2:$L185=Sheet2!B4:$B4,ROW('Driver Vacations'!$G2:$L185)),ROWS(Sheet2!B$5:B6))),"")

It skips every other line and doesn't the correct names in the array from the 'Driver Vacations' sheet . . .
If you don't mind, can we email, that way I can attach my work sheet. Thanks

I think there are a few typos here. Try this version (I assume it goes in Sheet2:B5):

=IFERROR(INDEX('Driver Vacations'!$C:$C,SMALL(IF('Driver Vacations'!$G$2:$L$185=Sheet2!B$4,ROW('Driver Vacations'!$G$2:$L$185)),ROWS(Sheet2!B$5:B5))),"")
