Hi,

I have been using a combination of Excel and Microsoft Works Database for many years to generate a weekly list of Rolls for a school. The start of the extracted and sorted data is as follows:

Classes have differing numbers of students - from 9 - 20+

I am looking for a way to get Excel to produce these lists with appropriate page breaks (one class per page) without the need to export data to Works as it is fast becoming out of date. I also want to have someone else able to do this each week if I am not there and currently nobody else has even heard of Works, let alone know how to use it!

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Edit *** My apologies, I had included two graphics to show what I am trying to do but they are not appearing. I have clearly not read something that I should have. I will investigate further.
