Hi. My boss is asking me if I can create a lease amortization schedule in excel with option to buy out. Example - the cost is $350,000. He wants that broken down into 60 payments with interest. Lets say 3%. But he also wants to tell them he will take a certain amount from each payment to put towards the purchase of the piece of equipment. Does this make sense?
