I have a column formatted for dates. Some items do not have a date and have N/A in the cell. How do I get the pivot table sum to include the N/A cells in the total? I have tried removing the date formatting but that doesn't work. Thanks.
On the screenshot the first 2 columns are on one page and the second 2 columns on a 2nd page. The pivot table takes information from both sheets. If you look at the pivot table row for Stairlift you can see the count of Adaptation Type is 10. This is only the count of the Adaptation Type with dates and does not include the N/A information. The count returned should be 20 including all the N/A.
