How to count headers in Word table of contents

Hello. Is there away to use a formula in Word to count types of Headers in a Word doc? Thanks!

No, but it's pretty easy to count the paragraphs in a Table of Contents with a macro:

Sub Demo()
Dim TOC As TableOfContents
With ActiveDocument
  For Each TOC In .TablesOfContents
    MsgBox TOC.Range.Paragraphs.Count - 1
  Next
End With
End Sub
