Hi everyone,
I'm trying to apply a formula to more than 20000 rows of excel on a mac. It takes too long to drag down the corner of the box so I was wondering if you know of any other ways. I know that you can double click on the corner of the first box but you can only do that for all the rows except the very first row. So what do I do for the first row?
Appreciate your help.

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you want to copy a formula across a lot of columns and rows? Or just from the first row down?

I want to copy a formula down the first column for about 20000 rows but I don't want to drag it all the way. Thank you.

1. position the mouse in the cell that contains the formula. 2. F5 and type the range. Example: G2:G7 3. Now move the mouse to the formula bar and once there click CTL arrow down ENTER. The formula will fill automatically. Regards, Mario
