How to copy a sheets name and to past it on cells?

hi everyone, can someone please show what is the right vba syntax to copy the name of a sheet in order to past it in a cell?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Code:
ActiveCell = ActiveSheet.Name

you could pass it to a variable

i= activesheet.name

then later on in the module say sheets(3)cells(1,6) = i

is that what you mean
