How to copy a sheets name and to past it on cells?

hi everyone, can someone please show what is the right vba syntax to copy the name of a sheet in order to past it in a cell?

thanks for your answer, is it possible to store the name of the sheet in order to past in a cell of an other sheet?

you could pass it to a variable

i= activesheet.name

then later on in the module say sheets(3)cells(1,6) = i

is that what you mean
