Hello

I have a csv where I have huge trouble to convert text data into numbers or dates.

I have tried the Data Type options and none worked. I tried the VALUE function and it didn't work either.

Is there any solution for this?

The data I want to convert to dates is:
NULL
NULL
2019-09-20
2014-08-27
NULL
etc

The data I want to convert to numbers is:
NULL
NULL
[blank]
0.0
1.0
-10000.94
10435839.8
etc

Any hint?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
for both: NULL is a text not null so you get error
select all columns containg NULL and replace NULL to null and try again
if you see text [blank] replace it with null
