how to convert number to text in Excell

Hai All

I have a trouble to convert a number to text when i make payment voucher, for examp : $1.500 = United state Dollars One hundred and five thousand only
please help me.............

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
