How to Conditional Format Pivot Table - Highlight each Pivot Item in First Column

Hi,
Desired Results are below. In order to select, I went to each item row and applied yellow fill from the ribbon. Hoping for a conditional format solution.

With Conditional Formatting, you can only highlight the amount field at state level: pick one of those amount cells, go to Conditional Formatting, New Rule, choose "All cells showing "Sum of amount" values for "state", Use a formula to determine which cells to format, formula =TRUE format yellow background.

Alternatively you can go to the DESIGN tab of PIVOTTABLE TOOLS and select a suitable PivotTable Style (or create a new one yourself).
