H222 = 4 Format General (it is always a whole number)
J222 = 2 Format General (it is always a whole number)
L222 = 2 Format General (it is always a whole number)
P222 = 6:46 Format Custom HH:MM However, it shows as 6:46:00 AM in top data entry bar.
I want to compute the "average per hour"
=(H222+J222+L222)/P222 yields 28.4
Col P, as formatted, yields correct results when averaging that col.
What am I doing wrong?

=(H222+J222+L222)/(P222*24)

or provide a couple of examples of what you require.
