How to compare text data across 2 columns and identify mismatches

Hi Excel Gurus! I have a spreadsheet whereby I want to compare data between several columns to make sure things match up. Is there a formula/function on how to compare text fields and identify those that do not match up?

Solution found. Going to use the =EXACT formula. If there is a better way please let me know.

Another way is to use the MATCH function.
