What formula would look at a page of information with a column that contains dates and tell me how many of them (the percentage) is outside of yesterdays date by 12p.

thank you in advance for the help.

Do your cells contain the date and time/what do they look like?

This formula will give you the percentage of dates in column A that fall before yesterday's date.

=COUNTIF(A:A,"<"&TODAY()-1)/COUNT(A:A)
