Both of these if statements work, but not sure how to combine them.

=IF(OR(H1058="CQ",H1058="CO"),N1058*0.88*0.65,N1058*0.65)

=IF(H1058="52",N1058*0.65/2,N1058*0.65)

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Give this a try:

Excel Formula:
=IF(OR(H1058="CQ",H1058="CO"),N1058*0.88*0.65,IF(H1058="52",N1058*0.65/2,N1058*0.65))

Solution
You could use:

Excel Formula:
=N1058*0.65*IF(OR(H1058={"CQ","CO"}),0.88,IF(H1058="52",0.5,1))
