How To Combine 2 AND Statements

I’m trying to combine 2 AND statements and can figure it out. By their selves both return TRUE...

=AND($H2>=$C$2,$H2<=$D&2)

=AND(K$1>=$B$3,K$1<=$B$3)

=AND($H2>=$C$2,$H2<=$D$2,K$1>=$B$3,K$1<=$B$3)
