How to collapse the Excel subtotals?
This sort of depends on them having used Data, Subtotals in the first place.
If they did that, then you should have three buttons out here to the left, 1, 2, and 3.
The number 2 button hides all the detail rows and gives me just the Subtotals.
The number 1 button gives me just the grand total.
And the number three goes back.
Now, one hassle.
Some people know this great shortcut: Ctrl+8.
Watch over here.
All these outline symbols will disappear when I press control 8.
