how to coad do vlookup with different workbook

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
In the range where it looks vlookup, put the complete path to the file and the filename.
Try it like this:
in the file where you want to see the result, put the formula and when you reach the range, click in the other file and select the desired range. You will see that the formula adjusts and the full path in the formula will appear, then write the column and the type of search.
