How to change only the widths of table columns, without changing the widths of the cells?

HI,
I need to change only the width of the table columns without changing the width of the cells, how can I do this? See image.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
You can't do that. One column has one width for all rows.
