Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Why don't you simply filter by month in column B, instead of having an in-cell drop-down in H3?

Not without VBA - is that really a route you want to go down?

Instead of having your list to filter there in the results sheet, have it elsewhere, and use the Excel 365 FILTER formula function to fetch the required subset into the results sheet?
