Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
something like this:
Code:
....
    Dim objFolder As Object
Set objFolder = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject").getfolder(strDirectory) '[I]strDirectory - this argument you get from your folder picker dialog[/I]
    Dim objFile As Object
    Dim wbk As Workbook

    For Each objFile In objFolder.Files
        Set wbk = Workbooks.Open(objFile.Path)
[I] ............. do whatever you need to do ....................
[/I] wbk.close
    Next objFile
...
set objFile=Nothing
set objFolder=Nothing
set wbk=nothing
