How to Calculate Lead Time (Weeks)

Hi all,

Looking for a formula to calculate number of weeks between two dates. Essentially I will have 12 columns (Jan-Dec) and will need the cells to pull date from another sheet in the file. It would need to look at the complete date column and pull the data for the month specified in the column header (is Vlookup needed for this)? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
