You can format the column using Custom format h:mm:ss

But you are going to have a problem in rows 3 and 10 because Excel will not display negative times. How can elapsed time be negative?

Fized, how to determine in C11 the Result of Time?

You said you want a sum of all the times, which is just the last time minus the first time. Do you also want that in hours/minutes/seconds? Note that this is more than one day so the format has to be [h]:mm:ss to show more than 24 hours.
