I have 8 worksheets in the same workbook. Column 2 in each worksheet has the employee's name. Column 3 has the employee's commission. Since not all employees remain with the company. I need the equation to look for the employee's name in Column 2. If the name is found, add the commission in the corresponding cell in column 3, then give me an average for all the months it found the corresponding commission information. For example, I have two employees. Joe was with the company 7 months and Bob was with the company 5 months. The equation will have to look for both Joe and Bob in column 2 in each worksheet, determine the corresponding monthly commission, then average the commission for each employee (Joe 7 months and Bob 5 months).

Thank you in advance for your help. All my attempts have failed.
