Hi, I have a lot of worksheets in a workbook where the size of the spreadsheets used range is different and I want to assign one print macro to all sheets.

I have recorded this with the macro recorder but it doesn't work for the other sheets, only the sheet which I record with the macro recorder.

I would like to:

1. Set the margins to narrow
2. Set the orientation to landscape
3. Set the size to A3
4. Set the scale to fit to 1 pages wide by 1 pages tall
5. Start printpreview

Also, I am trying to figure out how to let the user select a range and then start printpreview with the selected range?

It would be nice if someone could help me tidy up this macro??

Code:
Sub PrintMacro()
    Application.PrintCommunication = False
    With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
        .PrintTitleRows = ""
        .PrintTitleColumns = ""
    End With

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
One way:
Code:
Sub PrintMacro()
    Dim WS As Worksheet
    Application.PrintCommunication = False

    For Each WS In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets
        If WS.Visible = xlSheetVisible Then
            With WS.PageSetup
                .PageSetup.PrintArea = ""
                .PrintTitleRows = ""
                .PrintTitleColumns = ""
                .LeftHeader = ""

Hi rlv01,

thank you for your reply! I get a runtime error 438, "object doesn't support this property or method excel" at

Code:
  .PageSetup.PrintArea = ""

I haven't seen this error before so I don't know what it means.

Hi rlv01, thank you for your reply!

It works now. Is there any way to check if a page is being considered for printing and/or in printpreview and then stop/halt other macros??

Not that I am aware of. Perhaps someone else will have an idea.
