How to automatically insert a row everyday?

I have the equation: =today()-row()+3 starting in cell A3 and continuing down column A. Everyday I am manually inserting numbers within row 3 in columns B-Q. What I am looking to do is to have excel automatically shift that row down everyday so that I can enter new numbers into row 3 (next to today's date). Everyday excel needs to enter a new row above row 3 while keeping the same equation in column A (=today()-row()+3). Can this be done? And if so, how?

Thanks in advance,
Josh

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
.
Paste this macro into a Routine Module :

Code:
Option Explicit

Sub InsertRow()
    Sheets("Sheet1").Rows("3:3").Insert Shift:=xlDown
End Sub

Run the macro from a Command Button placed on the worksheet.

The code can be obtained easily from the macro recorder.
Or :
Code:
Sub InsertRow()
Rows(3).Insert
[A3].Formula = "=TODAY()-ROW()-3"
End Sub
