Hi all,

I am designing a staff training records on devices within our organisation. The workbook consists of the following spreadsheet tabs: Devices, staff list & staff requirements. In staff requirements spreadsheet, it has the staff details from staff list spreadsheet on the left of the table and it has devices details on top of table from devices spreadsheet transposed as array columns. The main body of the table will consist of "required" or "not required" depending on whether a member of staff require training on a certain device.

The problem arises when adding a new device row in the devices table, the new device details is transposed into a column header on the Staff requirements table however I will also need a column to be inserted directly below the new device to fill where each staff will/will not require training on the new device.

Is there any way to automatically to insert a new column / shift column to right and at the same time keep the formular in the new column when a new device is added in the top array of the table.

Many thanks
