Hey,

we are currently working on a excel form where is many levels.
I need to set protection to this sheet, but in the same time allow the users to use outlining and grouping of the levels (+ a - signs on the left). I can not find such a option in the protection window...

Thanks in advance for your help!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

I believe you can only do that via some continuous loop running in the background or via subclassing both of which can have a impact on performance plus the user will have to have the macros enabled .

If you are still interested I can post some code sample for you.

Regards.
