How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi, it's not clear what you want, or how your data is laid out.
It looks like all your data is currently in column 1, is that right ?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for that. I don't know how to paste screenshot here. Anyway, "1" is in R1-C1 while "John" is in R2-C2 lastly "Cruz" is in R3-C3. How can i align it in one raw and in different columns. Sorry to confuse you sir.

Thank for your immediate response sir

OK, I understand how your data is laid out now.

I don't understand how you WANT it to be laid out.

Do you want something like this . . .
...............C1.............C2..............C3
R1...........1...............JOHN...........CRUZ

If that's what you want, I get that, but I'm guessing you have more than just John Croz to deal with, so what does your data look like for 3 or 4 records ?
