How to add user or email to a cell upon change in that row

Hello everyone,

I am sharing this shared sheet with you in order to find a function/script to add as follow:
Whenever a user makes a change in the column J, his email/name will be written in relative column K.

Hello rondeondo, thank you for your question.

This worksheet is shared among 3 or 4 users, the users who update or modify a row will be registered in the K column

Hi Jasmin,
Don't think I can help with this, my initial thought was the users were entering their username and you wanted to grab their e-mail address from a list eleswhere in the file. I have done macros in excel that would capture a username and use an onUpdate event to enter that. Not sure if that will work in google sheets
