Hello,

I am trying to calculate the percentage of the withdrawal categories from the deposit of each year. For example, in 2013, the Other row should give me a percentage of 5/1336.47.

In 2017, the Entertainment row should give me a percentage of 53.62/15522.90. The food row should give me a percentage of 456.14/15522.90, and so on.

Copy of Finance.xlsx -- I attached the OneDrive link for better clarity, which has randomized data for anonymity. The column near the pivot table is how I want the percentage to look like.

How can I do this? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
This is not possible in a standard pivot table but can be done through Power Pivot by creating a calculated measure.

Are you familiar with Power Pivot?
