how to add image from my local machine to thread post

How do we add an image to the thread which we are posting.Like if I want to insert below this text some image from my local machine how will i do it

You'll need to find a photo hosting site and upload to that first. Said site will show you the url you'll need to paste into the body of your post in order to sohw your image. Imageshack is a straightforward one which doesn't require you to become a member.
