Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Is this possible to do without VBA as well , since It needs to be mobile compatible ?

I’m still learning basics in excel so any help is appreciated. Would this require using a thing called Measures in the pivot table ?
