Hi,
How do you add 10000000000 to 200000000000, as a selection in a dropdown box, to enable data to updated upon selection. And how would you put this in a query to display updated data.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
if you mean "Data Validation" list drop down, I don't think you can. A data validation list is a list of values or text to input into a cell. It is not something that you can perform math operations to an existing value in the same cell.

If that isn't what you mean please use the xl2bb add in (link below) and post a mini workbook with an example of what you want.
