I'm trying to access very important files on excel and it's saying that I have encrypted it (which I never did) or that I don't have ownership of the file, but I checked and it says I do. Please help I don't wanna loose these files.

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
If you do not know the password, then we cannot help.

If not you, then it sounds like someone else may have.
Hope it isn't a ransomware attack!
