Hi,
We have data in Sheet1!A2:A and Sheet2!C2:C. In Sheet1!A2:A, there are approximately 150 entries, and in Sheet2!C2:C, there are approximately 24 entries.
We need to determine how many entries match and how many do not match between these two ranges.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Maybe something like this.
The formula in F2 is an array formula and will need to be enter with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER in Excel 2010 and 2007.
Change ranges to match your data.
