How i can get certain Episode

i have iTunes8
and i make susscribe withe MrExel BodCast
and the friest Episode appear on my list
Episode 844 - AutoSum Macro
IF i want to get Certain Episode for Example
Episode 700
and i want to watch it on iTunes
what should i do ?

iTunes sets the limit of how many episodes they will cache... I think it is 50.

So - here is the workaround:
1) Find the episode here: http://www.mrexcel.com/podcast/learnexcelpodcast.html

2) Right-click and download the episode to your computer

3) in iTunes, use File, Add File to Library, Browse to the file. Fill in title name, etc.
