As the old Oxfam fish advert goes, when you offer solutions do you prefer to offer people a solution for a day or do you aim to give them the means to create their own solutions themselves?

When i post unless i'm rushing or the solution is very complex i try to put in what is happenig so they can unerstand it

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
i do my best to also explain, hoping they learn a little - although not always possible with time allowed , and also I'm not sure of the experience level, and so sometimes and explanation can need to be quite long

I believe one can only help people by helping them help themselves :)Giving a ready-made solution isn't good for them
