I have a pivot table with that is fed from a Power Query connection data with time series data for 190 entities. Each entity has a code ABC, DRT, GTH etc. When I load the data into the pivot table I get over 200 fields for all these separate entities plus a few other column fields from the data set (200 total with 195 entities and 5x other items).

The time series field are all set up and aggregate data by year. Thus I can simply pull the Year field over to the Rows windows to populate the Row Labels.

I now simply want to click all 195 entity fields and drag them to the Values window so that I can populate the aggregated annual time series data by row and make the entity name a column headers in my pivot table.

Selecting one is easy, I can simply grab ABC and pull it over and it populates nicely.

But there is no way to multi-select the rest of the entities.

How do I do this?

Thanks
