For example, let's say I'm in an Excel worksheet and use the ⌘⇧K shortcut for the group rows/columns action. A menu pops up with two radio buttons, the first for the option to group by "Rows" and the second for the option to group by "Columns". (The former radio button is selected be default.)

How do I navigate between these two radio buttons using my keyboard? I've tried the tab key, arrow keys, page up and page down keys, and so on. But nothing seems to work.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
IIRC you need to alter the keyboard settings in System Preferences to allow using keys to navigate dialogs.
